Anonymous Users Anonymous Users (AU) are placeholders for real people not yet available in the system. They allow planning for future hires or unassigned roles during the training planning cycle.

When reconciling the platform alerts with a generic message if there are discrepancies. It occurs if: - Divisions are different, - Positions are different, - Locations are different, - Cost
Currently it is not possible to reconcile anonymous users in bulk. However, you can import a file and reconcile several users to reconcile a group of Anonymous users.
The system allows the reconciliation of anonymous users during the contribution or execution phase.
Training Plans does not support to revert a Anonymous User Reconciliation.
